Got a Question?

We Build Websites. And we Design Floor Plans. We take your existing or non existing floor plan and convert it to beautifully rendered 2D + 3D artistic impressions. We place furniture assets into your plan. Your floor plans can be stand alone images or they can be integrated into your website.

View our Design Process which lists the steps involved to get your project up and running. Don’t worry, we are here to help every step of the way.

Once we have designed the your floor plan templates, we will embed them onto your website page.

There are 2 ways in which your client can decorate the space.
1) Directly on your website where your floor plan is embedded (however with no ability to save their work), once they exit the browser, it will revert back to your template.
2) They can sign up for a Free / Plus / Pro version of Floor Planner and you can copy over your templates to them directly where they can save their work under their own account.

Firstly, you must sign up with a Floor Planner account Plus or Pro version. This will enable you to copy your templates over to your client.

Please note that we do not troubleshoot or offer tech support for Floor Planner. They have a knowledge base directly on their website as well as forums for any questions that come up.

Not a problem. We can design a microsite specifically dedicated to your newly rendered floor plans.

Yes! We do! Contact us to schedule a site inspection of your space. We service the Greater Toronto Area, however please contact us if your venue is outside of this to see if we can accommodate. Price for site measurements will vary depending on how large your space is.

We require a 50% deposit before commencement of a project. The remaining balance is due around the 99% completion mark and before the site goes live.

We take pride in our work and will do our best to complete the design according to your specifications. By going through our Design Process, this helps us stay on track and on budget. We will never add any costs to your project without first consulting with you. If you cancel our services within 3 days of your deposit, a 90% refund will be given on the deposit. After this, there will be no refund on the deposit.

Depending our our production schedule at the time, we advise any given web project will take 3-4 weeks depending on content and complexity. However, we advise that the more organized you are with your information, the faster the process can go. Our longest web project took 8 months, our shortest web project took 4 days, both with the same equal amount of information and complexity. Ultimately, the client controls 75% of the timeline. Our best advise for you is to have all your ducks in a row and to really know what you want before getting started on your project. For example, have all your images and content ready to go with minimal errors, signing up with 3rd part required services (please read our Design Process page), having an idea of what your site navigation will be, having your floor plans laid out in order etc.

Rendered Spaces retains copyright of all design work until final payment is made after which the copyright will then belong to the client. If contract is terminated before work is completed, all design work will remain copyright of Rendered Spaces. Rendered Spaces and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other design elements as samples of their work in their respective portfolios. A small design reference linking to our website at Rendered Spaces will appear at the bottom of each webpage and be displayed for as long as our design is publicly on the internet, regardless of where your site is hosted or maintained. Doing this will ensure that our business continues.
