Terry Queeley | Technical Director

If you ask anyone he knows, they have known Terry to be a man with a great strong work ethic. He acquired his first job at age 14 and has not stopped since. In 1992, he began his career in Technical AV at Flato Markham Theatre for the Performing Arts, while simultaneously attending Humber College studying Technical Theatre, eventually graduating in 1998. He went on to work at Toronto’s tallest office tower, First Canadian Place (now owned by Brookfield Properties) as Technical Director for Arts and Events for 10 years. During that time, he worked with many musical artists, TV hosts, local celebrities, and also served several years at the Canadian National Exhibition as the Production Manager for all live stages performances.

In 2007, Terry and Marina founded Q ideas Inc. and their first contract was serving as exclusive AV Supplier for the The Distillery Historic District in Toronto until 2010. Then, between 2010 – 2017,  Q ideas Inc. was awarded the contract as Exclusive AV Supplier at Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works. In between that, Terry also acted as Technical Director for Molly Johnson, and Bravo Niagara! He has worked on numerous projects involving Canadian Musical Artists, Live Performances, Tour Management and Corporate Events.

Terry is currently now serves as Production Manager for Live Events at Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto

In his spare time, Terry is known to be a gadget nerd, having frequented CES in Las Vegas several times, a burger fanatic and his mission is to one day beat his 12 year old in Mario Kart.

Marina Duque | Designer

Marina comes from a background of art and design. She graduated in 1999 with an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Her other life involves designing over at www.marinaduque.com. She loves coming up with the next creative project, whether it be a painting, designing a new client website, or creating floor plans for her dream home.
